My name is Jan.
I was born in the Summer of 1968 and grew up in the northern part of Germany. Me an my family live in a small village near the Baltic Sea.
I´m very interested in Sports like Golf, Openwater swimming, Running, Inlineskating and Skiing.
My favour is to train and coach with people like you and me…
I was an athlete in doing the Navy Pentathlon for more than 10 years.
I worked some years as a physical instructor in the Navy and got a lot of experiences in the active work with people.
